The title "Graham Clayton, Legal Consultant" must not be taken as signifying that Graham Clayton is a solicitor holding a current Practising Certificate nor practising as a lawyer in any other statutorily regulated capacity. Graham Clayton is a former solicitor who retired from professional practice in that capacity in 2009.  

"I am no longer regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and, although my work is covered by standard professional liability insurance, I do not hold statutory Solicitor's Professional Indemnity Insurance. 

I do not, as a legal consultant,  undertake work which is 'reserved work' for solicitors e.g. advocacy, litigation, property conveyancing, wills, immigration work, nor administration of oaths."
